Easy Ideas for a Successful Labels for Education™ Program
- Get the word out! Remind your community that there is a new collection process. Save and submit proofs of purchase from eligible products. See what products are eligible.
- Pump up your collection by encouraging parents and the entire community to purchase bonus products WORTH 5 POINTS! See what products are eligible.
- Set up a daily point collection system. It’s an effective way to encourage routine point collection throughout the year.
- Place collection bins at several locations throughout your school. Install a collection mailbox at the front of your school to make dropping off points convenient for your community. And don’t forget to make collection bins visible by customizing them with Labels for Education graphics.
- Make frequent pickups from your collection bins.
- Submit points monthly to avoid clutter, and watch your bank account balance.
- Visit Coordinator's Account. This password-protected feature allows you to view your account balance and order merchandise online!
- Ask community members to take a look in their kitchens and note how many eligible products they have on hand. They will probably find many eligible Campbell products in their home which qualify for redemption.
- Set up classroom goals to keep everyone motivated and informed about your collection drive.
- Keep parents up-to-date! Send home frequent reminders including the All Eligible Products list which includes information about bonus point products. Monthly reminders are a great way to keep parents informed about how your collection drive is tracking with your school’s goals.
- Send frequent communications and updates to the community. Send out a press release about your collection drive to engage support from everyone in the community. Use our easy-to-customize news release form. Don’t forget to include a fun photo for extra interest!
- Ask local organizations to get involved with your collection goals. Senior centers, places of worship, hospitals and restaurants can all make a big difference and help you reach your collection goals faster.
- Ask local grocery retailers to get involved with your Labels for Education program. They may offer valuable bonuses, which can be donated to your school. Ask them about it! Also, ask if you can display posters and announcements on store bulletin boards.
- Encourage school involvement with the Labels for America™ program, which supports learning, caring and sharing in your community. Remember — you can earn 500 bonus points for each program your school participates in, up to a total of 2,000 bonus points per year. Is your school already participating in a community service project? You could be eligible to earn Labels for America bonus points by simply filling out our official participation form.

- Explore our website and come back regularly for great ideas and updates on special offers throughout the year.
- Encourage year-round collection to achieve the best results. Don't take the summer or winter breaks off! Send a "Welcome Summer" reminder home to parents, complete with a list of eligible products. Creatively highlight the "picnic-friendly" products — Campbell's Beans®, Pepperidge Farm® Rolls® and V8 Splash®.
- Direct community members to www.campbellskitchen.com for hundreds of great recipes made with Campbell products.
